Simian Syndicate

I'm really excited about the featured show this week.  I've had The Simian Syndicate on the schedule for a few weeks and so I've been re-listening to shows so that I could tell you about them in an intelligible and smart way.  But then I realized: “Why would I make intelligent comments about a bunch of monkeys.”

Seriously, this show is one of the best podcasts out there.  Excellent music, amusing (No, hysterically funny) hosts, foul language.  What could be better?  Everything about this show is good.  I’ve never heard a podcast that sounded as good as this one.  These guys are real pros and the content is good too.  They’re the reason that podcasting will become a huge hit.  It’s what radio should be.  Music for music’s sake with a “DJ” that knows what he’s talking about.

P.S. I've discovered a new way to share the gospel of podcasting.  I started with sharing The Simian Syndicate.  Here's what I do: I use iTunes at my office.  So do many of my coworkers.  So what I did is share a single playlist over the network which I populate with podcasts.  I've had coworkers listening to the shows and coming to me asking where they can get more shows like it.  It's friggin brilliant.  And I just did it on a whim.
