Busy week at work and life without the internet...
The faxes were down at my office (Since Wednesday) because of AT & T. They refused to send somebody out because the equipment was testing normal. Faxes are the lifeblood of my office. Finally yesterday they sent somebody out with the understanding that we would pay for the service. They discovered the problem really was their equipment. They did a bunch of work and after 4 hours the faxes were back up. Unfortunately the internet was down and the tech "didn't know anything about it." Internet Tech Support was here in the office this morning and the tech discovered the problem. The T1 card for our fax had broken. Instead of installing a new card she switched our internet card out for the fax card and put the broken fax card in the internet slot. Dumbass.
