Goin a bit nuts here over a TCP/IP issue

My ISP provisioned me with some static IP addresses for my business that are in one subnet with an "assigned router address" in the same subnet.  The "WAN Serial Address" for the router that they've given me is in a different subnet.  I can't figure out how to configure the router.

The assigned addresses are in a CIDR block a.b.c.d/26 whereas the gateway is in a.b.c.d/30.  I don't understand how to set it up so I can use the assigned addresses with that gateway.
