Sweet. I just moved a Virtual PC from my desktop PC over to a 2008 server with Hyper-V.  There were no instructions for "importing" or opening the VPC, so I just created a new machine in the Hyper-V Manager chose the VHD file from the old machine and BAM it started right up.
