      Podcast News and Missing Friends

      Podcast support in iTunes 4.9: http://radar.oreilly.com/archives/2005/05/podcast_support.html

      This is good.  Let me tell you why.  It'll make it easy for idiots to get podcasts.

      This is bad.  Let me tell you why.  From the sound of it Apple will choose who gets into iTunes.

      Other Podcasting news: Simian Syndicate and Soccergirl Incorporated are down and missing.  Temporarily. I miss them already.

      On the good news side Culture Cafe, my podcast, released show #2.  Can my own show be podcast of the week?  Not this week.

      We have a show in the can that will be up soon (probably tomorrow) and we are recording a new one this Sunday if everything goes as planned.

      I'm looking forward to sitting down with a bottle and catching up on Culture Cafe and SGI!
